a story behind it...I'm just going to say what I think the story might be! Maybe she had her heart broken at a carnival, festival, circus, ect.,ect., through a note. Beautiful picture though

She was at the Halloween when someone give you a note and another balloon and whispers,"I'm sorry." And when she went to look at the note it said her Dad died in the navy and she burst into tears and the only thing she could do is look at the water.~
