Thank you for joining this year's competition! It's been a while since the last one so we hope there will be lots of participation for this one. And therefore we are giving away a few special prizes to make it interesting this time around! Remember to have fun and enjoy yourselves, and good luck!
First Topic: An original character in scenery
For this topic we want to see your imagination stretch, whether your character or scene is simple or complex is up to you. You can show things like them interacting with objects or people around them, maybe just sitting down, but whatever you do, just make sure it’s a character in some sort of environment.
Second Topic: Personal Treasure
What do you hold near and dear? Maybe that stuffed animal you don’t tell anyone about? Your friends or family? A stamp collection? Collecting dead bugs? Your sketchbook? Show us what’s important to you.
Dates and Start/ End Times:
Both competitions last from April 10th to June 1st
Starting time is 00:00 (midnight, beginning of the day) Central European Summer Time (UTC+2). Ending time is 24:00 (midnight, end of the day) Pacific Daylight Time (UTC-7).
To claim a prize an attendant must have contributed a notable amount of effort to the winning drawing (minimum 5% of the segment count).
How to Take Part:
To publish a drawing for the competition, include one of the code words Topic:Character or Topic:Treasure (Depending on the topic you are entering it in) in the description like the following example. You can ignore the lower part of the publish dialog (fun doodle/category proposal, etc.). The participation list is not shown for these drawings.
Note: Your drawing must have been created after the competition started and must be published before the competition ends.

Determination of the Winners:
Both topics are broken down into two categories, single and collab. For each category there will be public voting to determine the top twenty entries; from this top twenty of each category the Public Overall for each topic will be chosen by the most number of votes. After this the judges will then pick their top five for each topic from the category top twenties. To break it down further: Each category (4) will have a top twenty, from that top twenty the Public Overall will be chosen for each topic (2) and the judges top five will be picked for each topic (2).
We are pleased to announce the winners of the competition. Congratulations to the winners and thanks to everyone who participated.
